(1) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

(2) Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make purchase. There is an option to use debit or credit card without a PayPal account during the checkout process.

(3) How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

(4) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the UK are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

(5) What are your shipping options?

All items are sent first class standard international delivery from the UK. Please note, we are NOT responsible for missing (lost or stolen) deliveries if you choose this option. You can, however, purchase a Recorded Delivery add-on by selecting 'Recorded Delivery' from the main menu and adding it to your cart. This will then be added to the standard delivery charge. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods and a tracking number will be available with this option.

(6) When will I receive my order?

All items are shipped from the UK within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed during the weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Items are not shipped out on Bank Holidays. Please see below approximate delivery times.
International Airmail: 10 - 18 working days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

(7) What is your return policy?

Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. However, we will accept returns on any item within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Unless a product is defective or not as advertised, we will not pay return postage costs, and will not refund you for the original postage costs. With this in mind, please check the sizing guide before ordering. *Please note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items so please choose carefully.
